v14 is signed with a new release key. Every earlier build was signed with a throwaway debug key, so Android will refuse to install v14 over an existing install. On each terminal, uninstall the old app first, then install v14. This is a one-time step — from v14 onward updates install straight over the top.

v14 is the first build with a real versionCode (14). Everything before it reported versionCode 1, which is why the running build could never be identified remotely.
